- will you use the full Aula (1200 pax), or will you cut it into half (600 pax)
- will the balcony be used/open or will it be closed (240 seats in total)
Answer: For opening and closing plenaries the full Aula will be used, for "normal" plenaries only the half so 600 pax.

Your question: So that would mean moving 2 or 3 of the 4 WiFi access points when converting the the room from 1200 to 600 to 1200, right? Did you check the cable paths for that?
Our answer: Yes, I think we will be moving these AP when converting but we didn't checked cable paths yet.

- there appear to be a lot of doors to the plenary; again I would like to suggest (mainly to the chair) to stop the barcode scanning and use on-line voting instead to establish the presence of delegates

--> Will you stick with barcode scanning? Note that you usually need two barcode scanners per door (one for each direction), and that in general all this barcode scanning is a pain in the a** for various reasons, and it is not working well at all as a result. This was confirmed again and again by the past local organizers.
Our answer: Yes, we will stick with barcode scanning

- [...]

- where in the plenary building will the registration desks be located (Krakow
and AEGEE-Europe)? Will registration on the arrival day be in the gym and
then move to the plenary?
Answer: The registration desk of AEGEE-Europe every day will be in the morning at the gym and then moved to Auditorium Maximum - a corridor on the ground floor.

--> Can you mark the spot on the map where the registration desk will be in the Auditorium Maximum? How can this be given Internet access (WiFi), i.e. how can our WiFi access point be connected to the rest of your Agora network?
Our answer:

- where is the lobby/coffee area?
Answer: Auditorium Maximum - a corridor on the ground floor.
--> Can you mark the spot on the map where this will be? How can this be given Internet access (WiFi)?
Our answer: On the ground floor outside the big hall there wouldn't be Internet access from our ISP (free UJ WiFi only)

- where are the prytanium rooms #2 and #3, what do they look like, and what
infrastructure is available there?

- [...] [...]

- where will the Internet access be terminated in the building (plenary and
gym), and how can the WiFi APs be connected to that?
Our answer: On the both roofs (plenary and gym) rhe antena will be mounted. These antennas will be connected to edge router with cables provided by ISP.
Edge router will be connected with ethernet cables to the WiFi APs

- are there WiFi access points installed in the plenary that we/you could use,
and if yes, what is the exact product model and the number of APs? I
assume the answer to be "no". If APs are present but cannot be used, then
you need to ask for those to be switched off to prevent interference.
Our answer: There are no WiFi AP in the plenary I think but we will ask about that IT guy from Auditorium
