Rules:
Must /me for pulling weapon from INVENTORY even if being fired at (hotbar is good as long as there is s2k initiations
Must /me firing to initiate your combat.
Don't need to rp firing for following:
Resisting a ziptie
Resisting by running/running from you when obvious you want them for something.
Higher grounds
Capture rules:
If running and obvious you are fucked in legs or cornered, you must submit to rp, with quick rolls and QUICK /me's for the situation...
Legit both of you have guns up and run into eachother

No timelapse bs.

Can't take some shit into account
We got like NO melee weapons (Could be changed)
