NY TIMES: the first of the pentagon papers cases. When one person leaked a set of documents and would go around to newspapers to give them to them, but the government kept shutting them down. All was based on "classified" information.--------
The ny times stopped and the same article appeared in the Washington post. This is unconstitutional : agreed with ny times...considered a historical document --had no danger on what was happening in Vietnam.
