Pardus'ta hali hazırda kullanılan paket yöneticisi yerine ''PİSİ'' olarak adlandırılan paket programa geliştirilmiştir
PİSİ: Sadece kendisine ait .psi uzantılı kurulum dosyalarını destekler.
Paketler, paket depolarında indirilebilir pardus'un paket deposu paketler.pardus.org.tr adresidir.
Grafik ortamında kedi sembol'ü olan paket yöneticisi uygulaması yazılım eklenebilir, kaldırılabilir

pisi info: Bu komut yardımı ile istediğimiz paket hakkında bilgi sahibi oluruz. Kaç MB olduğu, version numarası vs.

pisi install; Bu komut yardımı ile istediğimiz bir paketi kurabiliriz. bu paket mevcut bilgisayarımızla olabilir, yolunu belirterek ordan'da kullanabiliriz.

pisi add-repo: bu komut yardımı ile herhangi bir depo adresini, dpeo havuzumuza ekleyebiliriz.
