• Pasal ini melarang penggunaan dan kepemilikan tongkat sihir pada makhluk magis seperti Peri Rumah atau raksasa.

• No non-human creature is permitted to carry or use a wand.
📄 Yang tidak boleh mengungkapkan Wand.
• Raksasa ( kecuali separuh raksasa).
• Goblin (kecuali separuh Goblin).

📄 Weird Sister
➡ Adalah band terkenal di dunia sihir dan di Wizarding Wireless Network, sebuah stasiun radio penyihir populer. Walaupun namanya 'sisters', semua anggotanya itu cowok. Mereka juga pernah tampil di Hogwarts untuk memeriahkan Yule Ball pada tahun 1994.
📄 Anggotanya ada delapan: Heathcote Barbary, Gideon Crumb, Kirley Duke, Merton Graves, Orsino Thruston, Donaghan Tremlett, Myron Wagtail, dan Herman Wintringham. Band ini juga cukup populer sehingga pernikahan Donaghan Tremlett pada 1995 menjadi berita yang dimuat di halaman depan Daily Prophet.

• Nama awal : Knights of Walpurgis
• Pendiri : Tom Riddle
• Tahun : 1940
• Mengunakan ilmu hitam untuk menyiksa muggle.
• Dengan bantuan gangnya, Riddle berhasil membuka Chamber of Secret.
• Korbannya yaitu Moarning Myrtle.
