Cx wants to return the baby product. As the product comes under the non-returnable category refund was processed the for the order as an exception.
Cx wants to return the product as there was battery missing from the product, product comes under the replacement only csa has processed the returnless refund for the order,where as refund on return could have been created for the same.
TSDBNR- csa has issued the refund for the order , where as csa could have educated the cx to wait until FRD.
Product was delivered on FRD and product doesn't meet the expectations, csa has issued the returnless refund for the order for the same.
Cx order two product and received only one, and csa(kttej) has created a refund on return mentioning as different item received. For the missing order there was a returnless refund has been created and cx mentioned that the product was of different colour. Csa could have informed the cx to share the images of the item received. As the pick was canceled @navyayn has processed the refund for the same.
Cx received damaged product and images were also shared, csa processed the returnless refund whereas could have created a refund on return for the product as the product was returnable.
Cx claims that they received product of very low quality, and unable to return the product from ORC which shows the product as non returnable. Csa has issued the returnless refund for the order.
Cx wants to return the product as the product quality is not adequate and the product comes under the non-returnable category, csa has processed the refund for the same. Could have educated the cx about the return policies and filled CIS.
Cx self returned the product and shared the receipt, there i no data for the return tracking. Csa has issued the refund for the same. RMA was created for one product and refund was processed for the complete order.
DEFECTIVE
Cx claims that they have received a defective product and csa has processed the returnless refund for the order. Where as the return window active at the time of processing the concession.
Cx mentioned that they have received a plastic cover in the place of order, hence csa has issued the returnless refund for the same. And cx has contacted us on the next day of delivery.
