Di Italia dikenal dengan Kartu Tarot. Awalnya kartu-kartu ini diberi nama carte de trionfi, yang artinya kartu kemenangan dan kartu ini memiliki perjalanan yang cukup panjang. Kartu ini terdiri atas 22 kartu Arkana Mayor dan 56 Kartu arkana Minor, kartu-kartu ini memiliki yang arti dan penggunaanya berbeda-beda.
