i would really like to work for Santander because they are such a big name in the banking world and with other 1,300 branches in the uk and close to 195,000 employees it would be a company id be proud to say I represent, I would also like to work for Santander because I believe my previous skillsets in customer service could really help me easily adapt to the work environment after a short period of training.


IM a confident outgoing person who belives in putting a 110% into every I as I'm a keen believer in you the saying you get out of things what you put into them, I have worked in allot of different roles varying from warehouse work to customer service based which is were I believe I am most suited as I take great pleasure from being able to use my product knowledge to solve a customers problem or quiery.


I believe my main strengths are my ability to be able to adapt to new situations and surrounding's very quickly, my determination, and my ability to relate to people and work effectively not Justas individual but in a team also which I believe are all keen skills that would benefit the workplace if I was lucky enough to be chosen.


I belive my biggest weakness even though in an ideal world id like to say I don't have any is the fact ive never worked In a banking environment or an environment were you have such delicate customer informationan at your finger tips but i have worked in a varied different type of roles before including many customer service roles and am very keen to try new challenges and oppurtunitys.


I Believe my biggest achievement to date was me getting a sale worth £14,400 at my job at Britannia home improvements as a door to door canvasser as it was one of the biggest sales at the company and made me feel a sense of pride to know I made a customer feel comfortable and answered all her queries to the point were she was willing to have one 0f our representatives in her home and to sign up with our company to have a driveway fitted.
