Definition of relationship:

The relationship between alliances in KOA is often misrepresented and misunderstood, which leads to many situations where members of alliances involved are always confused.

Therefore this write-up is an effort to eatablish our own definition of what Family, Allies, NAP, and War actually means.

(Family)

Alliances under this category are considered subsidiaries of the main alliance. They are often farm alliances or overflow alliances (an allince to hold members temporarily)

- No attacks or scouts are to be conducted on the members or their resource tiles.

- Avoid gathering in resource tiles that lie within or near the boundaries of their fort.

- If family alliances of our allies are being attacked, we have no obligations to provide any aid.

(Allies)

These are alliances that we are in partnership with to promote growth and prosperity between us. This requires both alliances to put the welfare of each other second only to their own and their family.

- No attacks or scouts are to be conducted on the members or their resource tiles.

- Avoid gathering in resource tiles that lie within or near the boundaries of their fort.

- When allies are under attack, partner alliances are obligated to help to the best of their abilities.

- If one party declares war (listed on banner) on another alliance, partner alliance must not be allies of the opposing alliance. Eg, SKY declares war on B, C who is an ally of SKY must not be an ally of B.

[NAP]

These are alliances that we have, for one reason or another, called for a temporary truce with. Relationships with these alliances are usually tenuous and as such, any hostilities may lead to a break out of war.

- No attacks or scouts are to be conducted on the members or their resource tiles. This includes members of their family alliances.

- Avoid gathering in resource tiles that lie within or near the boundaries of their fort.

- When under attack, NAP alliances are not obligated to help. Assistance may be offered at the discretion of alliance leaders/R4.

<War>

These are alliances that we have declared or been declared war upon, after a breakdown of diplomacy. When war is on going, all is fair. Therefore members are advised to take all precautions such as not gathering or pay particular attention to our Panic Room. Strategies will be asvised by our war leaders.

- All members of main alliance and family are open for attacks. However, this does NOT extend to the allies of the other alliance. We will only attack their allies if they provide assistance.

- Avoid hitting resources tiles, if possible. This is to allow us a chance to negotiate a deal so that members may still gather in safety while fighting.

Kingdom chat rules

- Absolutely no trash talking or trading of insults allowed on Kingdom chat.

- No sharing of any information regarding SKY, RKM, or any members within.

- No sharing of any information regarding allies of SKY.

- Report any insults or hostile messages regarding SKY, RKM, or our allies in Kingdom chat to any R4/R5.

- During war, all chats in Kingdom chat are strictly forbidden.
