Paduan Mengajar
Sudah paham posisi masing masing kan mengajar apa?
Jadi saya disini cuma mau menerangkan lebih jelas mengenai bagaimana kalian mengajar nantinya. Mungkin sebagian sudah ada yang berpengalaman tapi bagi yang belum tolong dipahami ya.
Kalo mau tanya silahkan
Saat kelas nanti kalian sebagai guru wajib untuk:
1. Menggunakan plot
2. Menggunakan bahasa yang formal
3. Menjawab semua pertanyaan murid
4. Memberikan reward
5. Memberikan tugas/materi pengganti bila tidak hadir
6. Dan melakukan ujian ( ini inisiatif sendiri ya )
Untuk rules kalian bisa tanya tanya dulu gimana soal rules tapi yang wajib ada di rules kalian (wajib plot, no oot, absen) selebih nya terserah kalian
Untuk pembagian rew:
1. Retweet + plot ( 25Gall/30point )
2. Retweet + plot + jb jb ( 35Gall/45Point )
3. Retweet + plot + absen akhir ( 45Gall/50Point )
4. Retweet + plot + absen akhir + jb jb ( 50Gall/65Point )
5. Jawab pertanyaan ( tergantung kalian )
Untuk absen kalan Buat absen awal dan absen akhir (Setelah pelajaran selesai)
Sistem untuk ujian harus menggunakan Google.form ya
Nb: untuk yang lain nya bisa menyusul reward tugas terserah kalian mau kasih berapa.
