Error E161-403E
Description: Abnormal temperature rise in printhead
Actions: Replace the printhead.
Work Done: Cleaned print head, customer out of ink
Call 2)
Work done: after replacing the ink it again gave error E161-403E and if went to service mode it would gave an error code 03800500-2F30. Also, prompted maintenance cartridge full message on control panel.

Description: Non-discharging position adjustment error
Actions:
1)Identify the head management sensor unit
2)Replace the head management sensor unit
3)Replace the printhead
Call 3) Replaced print head and maintenance cartridge. Again machine is out of ink; as customer told us to take the ink back because they have them but they didn't.
Call 4) replaced the ink, machine would give an error code 03800500-2F30 and won't complete nozzle check
Call 5) I went back with Jun and did troubleshooting. Now the inks that we replaced are empty because inks are flowing directly into maintenance cartridge. We replaced the inks and now maintenance cartridge full message is showing up on screen.
Call 6) Troubleshooting in office. Machine gave an error code after replacing printhead.
