Sharmaine Murphy - Spoke with client, she claimed to be clueless about the 4 payments of $199.00, kept talking about the $5.00 only.
Asked client to determine whether or not she needs rehab, she said she hasn't received any calls/correspondence regarding garnishment, her taxes were never intercepted and her pay checks are the way they are suppose to be.
Offered client to take advantage of this if we dropped one of the payments, she has agreed.
Rescheduled payments as requested by the client, confirmed payment info. Sending client the requested documents again, she said she didn't get anything other than the enrollment document.
