for a while now i have been overwhelmed with this depression.everyday i am scared of what i might do to myself. everyday i think about suicide i can never get it off my mind sometimes the need to hurt myself is so overwhelming that all i do is cry till i tell myself that everything will be okay. its so hard to feel this way. another thing that i need to tell you is i have been cutting i know i am just a line of disappointment and i wish i could do better for you. for a while i was clean from cutting the one painful day i couldn't d it s i relapsed iam sorry i couldn't stay by my promise. i think to myself almost everyday "how am i going to get through this" hw can i pull myself out of this deep depression and i cant i dont have the strength to do this on my own the reason why i would like t o to a facility is because iam scared for y own safety i know i could easily slit my wrists and be dont but i know how that would make u and everyone feel so im telling u now i need help. the voices have gotten to be too much and i cant handle is on my own i love you and trust u so much iam sorry ive been a mess laitly with my grades and ditching but iam so sorry.... i love you please take wht i have said into consideration
