No soy de enfermarme seguido, ni de sentir malestares ni nada parecido. La verdad, suelo ser bastante saludable pero cuando me enfermo -que son dos veces por año-, tengo la vida por los suelos, no puedo moverme de la cama y parezco muerta y apenas si me levanto para ir al baño y ducharme (gracias a Dios). La verdad, es que te recomendaré lo que le digo a mi mamá cada vez que se siente mal, simplemente debes tomar un té, ducharte y meterte en la cama. Mi profesora de biología de la secundaria siempre me recordaba que cuando uno se siente mal debe recostarse y dormir un rato, no recuerdo por qué ahora mismo pero lo repetía tantas veces y había un por qué científico, así que seguramente es porque es importante je. No tengo mucho más que decirte, excepto que evites los antibióticos lo más que puedas.
