[b]Why is it unfair[/b]: Because Denos locked the complaint right after it was posted, (5 minutes) and i couldn't even defend my self, i tried contacting him 3 days in a row and still 0 response, how am i supposed to defend my self. actually the reported did a smart act that he reported me at 5:00 am ( he obviously knew that i was at bed at this time) and i won't be able to defend my self, he must have contacted denos which led to a very fast response to the complaint

[b]How would you resolve it[/b]: unban me firstly and open the complaint so i can defend my self.
however if i still can discuss my ban here, the complainer kept mocking me in the Team local chat, however he did this with non stop and all i said was 2 replies? and i don't even believe that my Ban reason and the duration is fair, i contacted several staff members and they said that they'd only mute of lower the ban duration ( i am aware that every staff has his own point of view) but let's be honest, for the shit he said i shouldn't be banned because he kept provoking for more than half an hour and all i replied was 2 lines.
