Un café y nada más. No suelo comer cuando me levanto, aunque normalmente si tengo hambre suelo llenarme cuando ingiero esta bebida caliente, como que el hambre se quema también, lol. Sé que es importante desayunar, muchas veces me dicen que es una de las comidas más importantes del día, pero lamentablemente no le doy tanta importancia. Ni al desayuno ni a las meriendas, a veces me las salteo como alguna que otra cena... Supongo que no como mucho, pero no, no tengo ningún desorden alimenticio, quiero aclarar eso antes que otra cosa. No me alimento muy bien, eso tengo que reconocerlo, pero como lo suficiente como para mantenerme con energía, no suelo comer de más, eso es porque mis papás trabajan todo el día y tengo que hacer todas mis comidas, y bueno, la fiaca me consume.
