Dear Future Employer,

I am writing to you in reference to Nalani Tanner. Our family has used Ms. Tanner's services as a Babysitter and Mother's helper in the past. During that time, she has cared for my 2 children and served as my right arm. She is a very kind and caring individual that had meshed well with our children and sometimes chaotic schedules. Ms. Tanner is well qualified and experienced to accept the opportunity of being a full time babysitter/ nanny for your family. She comes highly recommended and I must add that I've never come across a more patient individual. And see her to be such an asset to any family she helps care for in her future.

When Ms. Tanner first came to my home, she primarily watched my son age 2 1/2 , while I worked from my home office. As my son grew older, and was joined by a sister, Ms. Tanners responsibilities increased to watching the two children alone, making meals for them, and taking them on short outings, to the park, mall, etc. I have had the utmost confidence in her judgment, maturity and patients with our children and ourselves I may add. I have always felt comfortable leaving my children in her care.
