Is 16% better performance worth 130€? During normal use, during gaming or while modelling you will not notice the performance difference between the two.
Only when you're rendering. Games might actually run faster on the 6700K because the single threaded performance is higher.
It's also important to know that Intel stopped including cooler with K processors. If you're not planning to overclock you can also go for
a I7 6700 with an H170 motherboard. This will probably save you another 40€. But it's also slightly slower than a 6700K.
A power supply @850W is overkill. Your system only needs 450W. @550W you could add a 2nd GPU if you ever felt like it.
It's way more important that you buy your power supply from a respectable brand and that you have enough connections to hook everything up.
Your system doesn't require a lot of connections.

The GTX 1060 GPU you had selected was a blower design. Generally you want to go for a GPU with a fan style cooler.
They are cooler and because of that they will be faster as well. Blower designs also make more noise than fan designs.

BTW. Computer parts can be a lot more expensive here than they are in other European countries.

16 Gigabyte of RAM is more than enough in almost all cases. While rendering 32GB might be faster, but only on really complex scenes.
What a lot of people tend to do is they buy in low and only buy more memory if they notice that they need it.
