Fatima lives in a small village in Africa were water are short. One day a pump comes in. The men of the village install it over the well. Everyone is excited of the blue pump, except for Fatima's grandmother. Fatima's grandmother is not in the cheering croud. She is right next to her friend, the baobab tree. She is sad because no one is preparing the trees for the rainy and dry season. Now after a few days of Grandmother only hearing CREAK CREAK of the new blue pump. She starts to prepare the baobab tree. Everyone who walks by teases her for doing such a silly and absurd thing. But then Nagla comes and laughs at FATIMA'S GRANDMOTHER and Fatima runs and grabs her hoe. Her Grandmother and Fatima work side by side,silent. Then when the dry season comes, the blue pump breaks and would take a while to get fixed. The village realized that once progress has come to a village, it doesn't it's wrong to do what you did in the past.
