East: Kitchen (Don't really need this for the family home, only real perk is the The Ezy-Bake Oven)

In Hjaalmarch (Has Fish Hatchery, great for Alchemy)
West: Greenhouse a Must for Alchemy!
East: Library (I needz te have mah book collection on Display!)
North: Alchemy (It fits the theme and this place will have at-least one tower so...)
Heljarchen Hall (Man Cave type thing, this combo has all Mannequins)
In The Pale (why? Its a Hall, so its got to look like one.)
West: Enchanting (These 3 just fit the theme so it's what I'd go with, display all your awesome sh*t!)
East: Armoury ^
