Day 1:
Breakfast:Lemon and Garlic honey water, Grapefruit, one slice wholewheat bread with 2tbsp no sugar peanut butter.
Lunch:1/2 cup tuna, Wholewheat toast 1 slice.
Dinner:3 ounces meat, 1/2 cup green beans, 2 kiwis, Small apple, 1 cup yogurt with honey.
Day 2:
Breakfast:1 egg how i like, 2 kiwis, wholewheat bread 1 slice, Lemon and honey and garlic water.
Lunch:1 hard boiled egg, 5 saltine crackers, 1 cup cottage cheese.
Dinner:2 hot dogs, 2 kiwis, 1/2 cup carrots, 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 yogurt with honey.
Day 3:
Breakfast:1 small apple, 5 saltine crackers, 1 slice cheddar cheese, Lemon Garlic honey water.
Lunch:1 slice wholewheat toast,1 egg how i like.
Dinner:Cup of tuna with seasoning,2 kiwis, 1 cup yogurt with honey.
DONE

Also i am going to carry on this diet for 1 week.
