TEST DE RUFFIER VS TEST DE ABDOMINALES EN 1 MIN

El Test de Ruffier-Dickson es un test basado en una fórmula que sirve para obtener un coeficiente que nos da una valoración acerca de nuestro “estado de forma”. Este coeficiente mide la resistencia cardíaca al esfuerzo y la capacidad de recuperación cardíaca (ambas relacionadas con la actividad física). Dicho coeficiente se obtiene mediante la realización de 30 flexiones profundas de piernas en un tiempo de 45″.

Instrucciones para elaborar el cálculo:

– Se toman las pulsaciones en reposo durante 15″ (P1)
– De pie, realizar 30 flexiones y extensiones profundas de piernas en un tiempo de 45″
– Se vuelven a tomar las pulsaciones durante 15 ” (P2)
– Transcurrido un minuto de acabar las flexiones, se toman de nuevo las pulsaciones en 15″ (P3).

Fórmula: Coeficiente = 4 · (P1+P2+P3) – 200 / 10

Estos datos nos indican la resistencia cardíaca al realizar una actividad intensa (aerobica) y el periodo de recuperacion que tiene el individuo acerca de este ejercicio.
