Garri Manufacturers Limited is a private company that processes and sells garri
Garri is a product made from fresh cassava tubers, and it is used in various ways by its consumers.
The choice of the location is because Ewekoro Area has many cassava plantations and this will make the company have access to raw materials.
The company has projected start-up and operating costs is $ 718 177. The company will operate 6 days a week, 8 hours a day, That will produce 8 tons of garri per day. However, the production capacity will increase in future when it embarks on 24-hour operations that will see it produce to a full capacity of 2400 tons of garri annually.
BUSINESS OBJECTIVE
*To make sure there is availability of high quality Gary for local market and meet customers expectation
* In the long run the business would venture into export market
KEY SUCESS FACTORS OF THE BUSINESS
* Is because Nigeria is the largest producer of cassava crop in the world and it give a positive impact on the Gari production because there will be availability of raw materials.
* The business will use advance equipments that would promot high production capacity
* Technology advancement minimize cost & maximize revenue

*Hygiene
And national Agency for food and drug administration and control does not accept traditional methode of processing Garri.

*50KG PER BAG
*10 BAGS PER HOUR
The company will produce 80 bags per day.
