- Untuk pemesanan harap dilakukan pada hari Senin, Selasa, Kamis, Jumat. Selain hari itu kami tidak menerima pesanan (terkecuali saat minggu tenang).
- Untuk pengiriman seragam dilakukan pada hari Rabu, Sabtu, Minggu.
- Penerimaan perkamen untuk newizzy masih berlaku 1 minggu setelah SHC.

**Hogwarts and House Uniform**
- Wajib mengupgrade Hogwarts uniform dan House uniform setiap bulannya, baik lulus owl maupun tidak, dengan foto yang berbeda dengan bulan-bulan sebelumnya. Karena acara sekolah (seperti SHC, Graduation, dll.) diwajibkan mengenakan Hogwarts uniform. Bukan lagi sesuai warna asrama.
- Setiap pembuatan uniform, harus mengirimkan 2 foto berbeda. Foto dengan pakaian formal (untuk Hogwarts uniform; usahakan berlengan dan sopan) dan foto dengan pakaian semi-formal (untuk House uniform).
- Tidak diperbolehkan menggunakan foto selfie/selca.
- Rambut tidak boleh menutupi bagian dada.
**Quidditch Uniform**
- Foto yang digunakan menggunakan pakaian dengan warna sesuai asrama dan sopan karena akan digunakan sebagai avatar untuk akun Quidditch masing-masing.
- Usahakan bagian dada tidak tertutup rambut.
- Pemesanan dilakukan oleh perwakilan asrama dengan mencantumkan foto dan username (dapat dimasukkan ke dalam justpaste.it ataupun langsung dalam mention).
- Wajib membeli dan mengupgrade seragam sebelum mengikuti pertandingan (dapat digunakan untuk semifinal dan final).
