Dear Leaders
Firstly, I would like to express my deep appreciation to all you guys for your constantly striving for the whole LC as well as your members' development.
However, TM recently aware about some problems in our LC. One of these problems is the lack of Team Minimum implementation - a tool with give a vital importance for Leaders to ensure their members' fulfillment in their AIESEC journey.
Therefore, TM now would introduce you a new tool to tracking and solve the problem. - TEAM MINIMUM TRACKING.
How to use: As I explained in our meeting, each OCP/VP go into your sheet and make evaluation.
Deadline for this: 23h59' Friday November 25th.
With the aim of better our LC's situation, I do believe that you will utilize this tool effectively. If you have any concern, please feel free to approach me.
