5. Fill Pasta Pot with Water
6. Fill Four Sanitize Bucketts for Back Station
7. Prep Should be done during Mornings and Afternoons ( use only 1/6 Pans )
8. Fill Sink's for Dishies
9. Vaccum inside of Oven Traps
10. Keep Kitchen Clean While you Work, Mimimize your Cleaning at the end of your shift and all Dishies must be done at the end of your Shift Before Leaving (Night shift should be set up for Success)
Closing to do list
1.Turn Off all Oven's and Pizza Press
2.Wipe down oven's including Top and Inside
3.Wipe Down Pizza Press sweep and mop behind press
4. Wipe Down Pizza and Salad station ( Sweep,Mop behind pizza station )
5. Wipe Down all Walls and Stainless steel doors (Twinkle)
6. Turn Off all Fryers and Garlic Knots Warmer
7. Turn off Marinara Station empty whatever left into a container in place it in the Walk-in
8. Change All Containers(Flip),Restock top prep both Stations, Saran Wrap and Date Dot All Containers
9. Take out Trash Replace Begs
10. Take out Three Dough Boxes for the Next day
11. Clean Out Both Floor Drains
12. Sweep,Scrub,Squeegee and Mop Floors including Walk-in
13. Turn off all Lights Check with M.O.D before Clocking Out ( M.O.D Walk Thru with your Team before Letting them Leave)
