Goal-Setting Progress & Process

Changes: When clear goal already chosen and tasks are written it’s helping me easily see reliable goal and control all process and some progresses. During process my improvements in my speaking and confidence.
Now I able to easily talk with new people, on stage and tell my opinion to the public. Of course, I still have a lot of things to develop but this result is good beginning. And results in my long-term goal is good. I started to use graphical design programs which give me chance to improve my skills in working with Corel Draw, Photoshop, Lightroom etc.
Tasks & Habits: My tasks were to have more practice on public speaking and talk more with new people. I joined to the activity clubs “Rotaract” and “Beyond Media”. I met there a lot of new and very interesting people. It is very nice experience to interact with so many and so different people. My long-term task is software skill improvement so I started to work with them.
Extent of the goal: If scale my achievement of my goal from 1 to 10. I will measure it as a 5 because I am still in process and there is so many things to do and improve.
Reflect planning: When purpose is written and everything is planned it is easy to move forward. Because I able to clearly see the goal and what should I do. This tracking tough me how to be punctual and responsible for my time schedule. And it is help me to be productive
