1. Nokturnal adalah sebutan untuk makhluk yang tidur pada siang hari dan beraktifitas pada malam hari.
2. Habitat Tarsius Tarsier adalah di hutan-hutan Sulawesi Utara hingga Sulawesi Selatan, dan juga di pulau-pulau sekitar Sulawesi Selatan. Hewan ini juga ditemukan di Filipina.
3. Tarsius Tarsier adalah jenis primata kecil yang tubuhnya berwarna cokelat kemerahan dengan warna kulit kelabu. Bermata besar dan telinganya lebar serta menghadap ke depan.
4. Ciri-ciri Tarsius Tarsier:
- Memiliki tulang tarsal yang memanjang hingga membentuk pergelangan kaki sehingga dapat melompat sejauh 3 meter.
- Berekor panjang yang tidak berbulu (kecuali pada bagian ujungnya).
- Tangan dan kakinya memiliki lima jari yang panjang.
- Jari-jarinya memiliki kuku kecuali jari kedua dan ketiga yang berbentuk cakar. Hewan ini menggunakannya untuk grooming.
5. Karena kaki Tarsius Tarsier bukan diciptakan untuk berjalan diatas tanah maupun diatas air. Kaki hewan ini akan melompat ketika berada di tanah, maka dari itu Tarsius Tarsier hidup, tidur, bahkan melahirkan dengan terus bergantung di batang pohon.
