After graduating from college this year and coming to this world of science and art, it has been a wonderful and enlight-ening experience. This training have not just provided me an opportunity to learn but also an awareness towards my own national identity. Sharing and learning from highly qualified professionals from all over globe, not just make me feel for-tunate but also motivate me to be more passionate.I am grateful to my company for providing me this opportunity to grow, learn and contribute.
It’s amazing to see how things are changing around me , Mango have become ocimene or myrcene and coffee is now all about pyrazines. Unknowingly, I find myself engaging with aroma, taste and culture.
From smelling, to tasting;
From calculating ppm, to preparing various dilutions;
From unbalanced flavours, to finding correct dosage;
From trainer’s help, to Friday’s test;
From matching, to creation;
From silly mistakes, to washing duties;
From disappointment on failures, to happiness after overcoming them;
And while doing all these, we have grown so much…from awkwardness and strangers, we have moved to “APAC Flavour-ist team”.
