1. RENEWAL TERMS: Either party may terminate this Agreement at the end of the INITIAL TERM by submitting a Thirty (30) Day Written Notice of Intent to Vacate. The written notice is required on any day of the calendar month, Thirty (30) Days prior to the date of vacating for termination. Please initial (____) a. If no notice is given, the Agreement will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at a rental rate designated by the Lessor. A Thirty (30) Day written notice of intent to vacate will be required for an Agreement renewed on a month-to-month basis. The notice will be due on any day of the calendar month, Thirty (30) Days prior to the date of vacating by either party for termination. Lessor will notify the Resident of any rent increase by notifying the Resident in writing at least Thirty (30) Days prior to the end of the Agreement term. b.
