Simon was sick of it. Sick of his job, sick of his life, sick of it. He sighed to himself exaggeratingly so his co-workers (who he hated) could enjoy hearing his pain and suffering as he always suspected that’s why they continued to bother him and make him listen to long boring conversations about their wives and their families and they’re overall great lives they lead. Simon wasn’t particularly a socialite and enjoyed his own company. He cursed his boss as he came over and dumped files and paperwork onto Simons desk. It seemed to never end and he had fallen into a deep depression as he realized this was not how he wanted to lead his life from now on. Simon did not have a girlfriend, he did not have children to speak of and the family he had left did not care for his well-being or his life at that matter. “Simon!” his boss barked “have you got the sales report for this quarter?” he said in his regular regimented voice. Simon realized he did not have the sales report but he had an inkling that his boss wouldn’t be particularly pleased to hear that news so he lied “yes sir I’ll have it on your desk by tomorrow.” Simon cursed his boss under his breath again as he walked away from his desk. Later on after his regular work day was over, he returned to his home and Simon had begun to fall into a deep depression about where his life was heading and he did not like the conclusion his brain had led to him. The only way Simon was able to keep his life interesting was to do his daily browse on the dark net, the dark net offered lots of interesting time-wasting activities for Simon and seemed to be the only thing that kept him sane. Simon had learnt the hard way that money does not buy you happiness and this little fact had resulted in him doing his absolute best to keep himself entertained. He had quite a well-paying job but all he ever wanted was for someone to share it with. There was always new things on the front page and he even spent an entire evening reading through interesting first-hand experiences of a man who went through old abandoned caves under a school campus. Simon didn’t have any friends per se as he was more of a misanthropist than a social person and he liked to keep it that way, But if he did have friends, he would never shut up about the deep web. Now, Simon was fully aware of the dangerous of the deep web and kept well away from the illegal sites and stuck mostly to the good region of the deep web (there wasn’t much)
Enjoying his scroll through the latest pages he noticed a Hitman hiring service. Simon chuckled to himself at the thought of hiring a Hitman to kill his boss “doubt anyone would miss him”. He said aloud to himself, his curiosity gained the better of him so he decided to click on it to see how much the services were, just for a laugh. As he clicked the link he was met with a big Green coloured text that read; “LOOKING TO KILL THAT ANNOYING CHEATING WIFE, OR MAYBE THAT ANNOYING BOSS AT WORK? CHECK OUT OUR LATEST HITMAN SERVICES BELOW.” As Simon scrolled down he was met with lots of different services from various men all leading towards different contact details, some were specialist, some were cheap amateurs. He looked upon with awe how easy it was to just hire someone to kill anyone you pleased. Then, as if an idea that came out of thin air, but battled in his mind between “stupidity” and “thrills” he decided to allow the thought to control him… What if…. He called a Hitman on himself? The idea sat in his head for awhile and Simon struggled to decide whether or not the idea was stupid fantasy or an actual option in his life. The unlimited possibilities continued to race in his mind, this was just the kind of spice his life needed,
