Terms of Service (ToS)
In order to use this free web hosting service your website(s) must comply to the following terms. 1.) Absolutely no child pornography. We will suspend accounts that are discovered to be hosting child porn and report the account holder to the proper authorities. 2.) No malicous content, viruses, malware, spyware, etc. We will not tolerate malicous content being hosted on our servers! 3.) No beastiality or rape images/videos. 4.) No email harvesting or phishing on our servers! Additional terms. 1.) Resource usage - All accounts found to be using too much of our servers resources (CPU Time, RAM, etc) will be automatically suspended we have no control over this its part of our host management software, if your account goes over the allowed resource limits then it will be temporarily suspended for up to 30 days or until one of our administrators unlocks it for you. Furthermore all accounts are alloted 10gb of diskspace and 100gb of bandwidth per month if you go over those limits your account may be suspended, however will help you offload certain content that is consuming your bandwidth to another account if desired. 2.) DMCA and Copyright infringement - We currently will not accept any DMCA takedown notices, you stupid hollywood basterds (and to sound less sexist bitches) and software giants make enough money without trying to force money from the hands of the average person, the world is in the middle of a goddamn economy crisis. Thats why we refuse to accept DMCA takedown notices as well as copyright infringement notices. If you don't like our policy or wish to have something removed, please go fuck your self repeatedly, we don't care! 3.) Mass email sending - this kind of goes along with resource usage but its worth a seperate article. Any accounts found to be sending too many email accounts will be automatically suspended by the system, our administratos will do their best to warn users about obcessive email usage/sending but if they repeatedly ignore our notices then the abusive account(s) will be cancelled and the user will loose access to all of their content. We take excess resource usage seriously, everything else we could care less about. If you need to send mass emails for newsletters or something like that we suggest mailjet.com or mailchimp.com both offer good free plans. 4.) we reserve the right to change our terms of service and other policies without notice. Content that we allow (other hosts normally don't approve of this stuff) 1.) Adult content (pornographic images, videos, etc.) 2.) Slander, libel or other questionable text, images, or documents. 3.) General freedom of speech. Example.. Some hosts may not allow you to host a website with them because you blog about religon or make slanderous remarks about a politician. We don't give a damn what you put on your website... however that being said we do hold users liable for their content, we are simply a medium for sharing users ideas, thoughts, and content with the internet.
