Testing a Web content accessibility
According to the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities (improve access service), Htsa"g - 2013 (Part C regulation 35) (hereinafter - the Regulations)
Guidelines for file
This file includes sheet checking Internet access (check list). The test will be carried out information or services provided through the Internet, including website pages, documents (such as PDF and Word) and applications.
The regulations require filling test sheet published by the Commissioner for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities (Article 93 (a)) - Must fill out this form.
The test will be conducted for each page or page template unique or document (PDF, Word, etc.) separately. For this purpose, must reproduce the issue "test access to the Internet". Each issue has to specify the name of the page / document and address (URL).
"The tests will be performed at the level of accessibility AA - means that meet all the criteria for level A and level AA (unless you received exemptions from performing certain adjustment due to technological barrier).
Have received an exemption from adjustments due to Internet access too heavy a burden under Rule 35 (b) (2) A stand level access only. "
Was making some adjustment is impossible due to technological limitation, the debtor may request exemption from service accessibility heritage, performing this adjustment, based on the opinion of a professional from the Internet. If possible exemption, have to include him in this form.
Internet service adjustments were made accessible by the regulations, the debtor shall indicate in a prominent place on the site that has been used to improve access for people with disabilities.
