Argument of JSM freedom and Harm Principal
Mill only speaks of Negative freedom only
Freedom FROM constraint but has nothing to say about freedom TO or enabling freedom
Marx, Voltaire all discuss the concept of Positive Freedom
Not to end Mill's negative freedom or to dismiss it-- but to supplement where he has missed the whole concept
Freedom can't mean anything without a positive component
freedom of speech is no good if you do not know what to speak about or have nobody to speak to or be heard
Freedom of free travel is no good if you have no modes of transportation
Freedom to survive is no good if you don't have any money or food
Since Mill doesn't talk about these positive freedoms it is left arguable and in need for supplementation

According to Marx the Positive Freedom concept is thick and very well laid out
Brotherhood of people within the socialist community is more positively free than Mill's negative view of freedom
Haegle uses "freedom" as more of a placeholder word for the whole concept of human history in general therefore due to the history of man is more important than the guise of rules of "freedom"
this is good because it is a more free concept of freedom because it looks at the whole history and is more easily formulate-able goals for generations to come
thus proving-really- that there is no real eternal idea for freedom but all people's struggles for freedom for each persons personal freedoms
