Patológicos: Hipertensión arterial desde hace 10 años, Hipotiroidismo en suplencia, Diabetes insulino-requiriente desde hace 20 años, IAM hace 3 años, enfermedad coronaria de tres vasos hace tres años, anemia microcítica hipocrómica,
adenoma tubular de bajo grado de displasia hace 3 años, valvulopatía mitral y tricuspídea, EPOC O2 requiriente.
Farmacológicos: Pregabalina 75 mg cada 12 horas, furosemida 40 mg dia, , espironolactona 25 mg dia, Levotiroxina 100 mcg VO cada 24 horas, Losartan 50 mg VO cada 24 horas, Carvedilol 6.25 mg VO cada 24
horas, Insulina glargina 18 UI noche , Vildagliptina Metformina 1 tableta cada 12 horas, sulfato ferroso, betametildigoxina 6 gotas cada dia.
Quirúrgicos: Colecistectomía hace 40 años, apendicectomía e histerectomia por miomatosis hace 15 años
Ginecológicos: G3P2A1 . Sin complicaciones.
Tóxicos: Exposición a combustión de biomasa durante 30 años, ex fumadora pasiva.
No refiere alergias y transfusiones
hospitalizaciones: septiembre por descompensación de la falla cardiaca.
Revisión por sistemas:
Refiere dolor tipo urente en extremidades inferiores.
No sintomas irritativos urinarios.
No cefalea.
