Contoh : Ducklifors yang dapat merubah wujud suatu makhluk menjadi bebek.

Disini selain dituntut untuk mengubah bentuk dari makhluk itu sendiri, si pemantra harus benar-benar mengubah keseluruhan aspek yang ada. Bahkan sampai sel-sel genetiknya. Transfigurasi ini dinyatakan benar-benar berhasil saat objek berfungsi layaknya makhluk yang 'asli' tanpa ada cacat baik dari perilaku, suara dan bentuk.

Wand : Mengarahkan wand pada target.
Ducklifors
Fungsi : Merubah Blast-Ended Skrewts menjadi anak itik/bebek.
Pelafalan : DUCK-lih-fors
Warna : Kuning
Wand : Menyentak ke bawah
Pullus
Fungsi : Mengubah Erklings menjadi angsa.
Warna : Ungu
Wand : Mengarahkan wand pada target
