1. Absen (tidak hadir) hanya diperbolehkan 2x dalam satu level. Kecuali berhalangan dengan alasan yang jelas.
2. Apabila berhalangan hendaknya memberitahu 2 jam sebelum kelas. Bila memberikan izin setelah kelas selesai akan dianggap absen.
3. Bagi yang izin dengan alasan jelas dapat mengganti kehadiran pada saat minggu pengganti. Atau tugas, tergantung kebijakan pengajar.
4. Hiatus diperbolehkan maksimal 2 minggu dengan catatan wajib mengganti kehilangan pada minggu pengganti dan dengan kesediaan Sensei memberikan materi.
5. Hiatus lebih dari 2 minggu sama saja dengan tinggal kelas; mengulang tingkatan saat dimana hiatus dimulai.
