During my interview, you had asked me to design an innovative product which can suprise you with the use of tweets of a user on Twitter. I have thought of an idea in this regard. Let me explain this to you.
The product takes the tweet history of the user and it processes them using sentimental analysis , machine learning techniques and recommender systems. The product gives a gist of the user's twitter history, by dividing the tweets into segments of consumer purchase like telecom, e-commerce, transport sectors. The user might have tweeted about a positive or negative experience. The product uses sentimental analysis to find out why the user has reacted in such a way on social media and gives the reasons.
The product then uses geo-recommender systems to suggest competitor companies in the same sector from the user's location.
