My Orders: This section allows a customer to view all orders placed along with their tracking status identified by a unique order tracking number. There will be an option to place an offline order wherein the customer shall pick the order from the offline store. Alongside, customer can also edit their order till the time it has not been processed. Thus, they can add/ remove articles from the order placed.

My Cart: My cart section involves creating a cart and adding products along with their quantity. Post payment confirmation, invoice will be generated and can be further tracked under My Orders.

More: This section includes further secondary features that can be performed on the portal. A customer can create a Shopping list and can edit or share further. Furthermore, Spencer's kitchen allows users to view recipes, ingredients, place order of those and share extensively. They can also refer to Expert's corner that will showcase recipes from designated members. Alongside, they can also create a cooking tip, view all weekly offers and avail them. This page lists down promotions available on the portal.

Spencer's Kitchen: This section involves showcasing various recipes based on category chosen by the customer. Furthermore, ingredients required to prepare chosen recipe can be directly added to the cart and ordered. These recipes can be shared and reviewed as well.

User Profile: This section includes customer's profile that can be viewed and edited. Alongside, a customer can view list of followers, following and favourites. PICKER APP: This android application will be used by all pickers who collect all articles present in the orders placed from the store inventory, package them as part of orders and keep them ready for delivery by riders. The app will also provide interface to QC personnel who will check them physically.

The key components of Picker App are as under:
Picker registration: Every picker will be registered on the mobile app through a username and password. It will also show picker status depending on his attendance for the day.

Task Generation and auto assignment: Once a new order is placed, it will be assigned to one of the pickers through their status and IMEI numbers associated to that particular store via a mobile notification. Their interface will show all products to be picked up along with a bar-code scanner. When the product is physically picked up, it will automatically be updated in the console. Upon completion of all products, QC will receive a mobile notification.
