首都师范大学信息工程学院2013届学生毕业设计和专业实习的有关通知
经学院教学指导委员会讨论通过，现将2013届毕业生专业实习和毕业设计的有关事项通知如下：
一、关于专业实习的有关安排
1．2013届（主要是2009级本科生）专业实习到2012年11月9日结束，11月9日毕业设计开始
2．所有参加专业实习的同学11月16日前交一份4000字以上的实习总结给校内指导教师，同时填写“专业实习成绩报告”给指导教师（必须用黑色签字笔）
3．校内实习指导教师在2012年11月23日前将（4000字以上）填写了指导教师评语的“专业实习成绩报告”交各专业负责教师（必须用黑色签字笔，确保实习总结与实际工作相符）
4．各专业负责教师于2012年12月7日前将学生实习成绩上网，并将所有纸质材料交教学办公室。

二、关于毕业设计的安排
1．毕业设计需要换题目的同学，与指导教师协商后，将改换毕业设计题目申请经学生本人和指导教师签字后于2012年11月12前交教学办公室，申请中需要说明改题的原因，原来的题目，参加人员，改后的题目，参加人员，只能改题，不能加入其它导师或指导教师的其他题目中，指导教师原则上不能改换。
2．2012年11月12日后学院不再同意新递交的改题申请。
3．指导教师11月1日至11月9日将毕业设计题目、工作内容、参考资料等信息填写到毕业设计系统（相当于原来出题工作），同学11月12日至16日登陆毕业设计系统，选定一次题目，并从2012年11月12日开始填写毕业设计周进展，共填写16周
4．2012年11月26日前同学在毕业设计系统提交开题报告，指导教师11月26日至30日审查开题报告
5．2013年3月1日前同学提交中期检查报告，3月4日至8日教师审查中期检查报告
6．同学4月1日起同学开始将论文初稿交指导教师，4月10前前将修改合格的论文在毕业设计系统提交
7．各专业4月8日前将毕业答辩安排交教学办公室
8．2013年4月15日至23日进行两轮毕业设计答辩
