MSE for antivirus
Clipcube, saves anything you CTRL+C (copy) in the notification area! Neato!
VLC for video
Firefox with AdBlock Plus! Chrome is fast but Firefox has the best addons for everything!
Steam! But it looks like you've been there done that.
LibreOffice! Free office suite, so good
uTorrent! Disclaimer: I have NO IDEA what that program is for.
7-zip! Unzip archives by right clicking? Yes please.
TeraCopy! Oh my goodness, if you don't take any other suggestion I give you, please get TeraCopy. The Windows file copier is crazy slow in comparison.
TweaksLogon! It's a fun little utility that lets you change your logon screen (I'm assuming you're using Win7 of course)
