pavel "well there is many ways like maintain a social life which would prevent you from training too long"
vitaliy "so hang out with my freinds more often"
pavel "right,also get more sleep its essential for everything"
vitaliy "i try to but overtraining and school leads me to less sleep"
pavel "yea, also reduce your training frequency in other words train less because ur overtraining"
vitaliy "yea i have 4 training sessions a day"
pavel "also change ur exerises and routines for every other workout"
vitaliy "okay is there any other ways to help avoid overtraining"
pavel "well increase your calorie intake which there gives u more energy to train"
vitaliy "ok thanks is thats all"
