Daniel - The bullying is mostly coming from a famous person ? Like repetition . The person has a group of people like him so they will continue the bullying.

PRO FINAL STATEMENT - 20 % of ages from 11 - 18 have been bullied on the internet . Bullying is action that will get worse without a law. The law is to discourage the behavior of bullying . It is not a punishment . The law will decrease the numbers of bullies and victims. Internet is supposed to be for communication of relatives not a place where people get hurt.
