- Organic food is shipped around the world, damaging the climate

Coffee waste is used to grow mushrooms, the leftovers from that is used to feed animals and animals make manure and the bacteria makes biogas from that.

We need people that have good ideas and people who can make these ideas happen. The idea of not wasting anything and recyling waste into something productive and useful.

Because we need people who can change the rules of the game and generate more gains for themselves and their community.
