Personal hygiene is very important but is not talked about enough. Reasons why you should have good hygiene is so you can look good and smell good. Good hygiene also will improve your social life because people will want to be with you more if you have better hygiene. You should brush your teeth twice a day which gets rid of germs and bad breath bacteria. You should also bathe once a day and wash things like ears, nails, and hands with products. There are three different categories to keeping everything clean. Individual, which is keeping you and your things clean. Public, this is keeping the environment clean. And social, this is related to how our ages and our jobs that have different hygiene.
La higiene personal es muy importante pero no se habla mucho. Razones por las que debe tener una buena higiene es para que pueda verse bien y oler bien. Buena higiene también mejor su vida social porque la gente le gustará más si tiene una mejor higiene. Usted debe cepillarse los dientes dos veces al día que se eliminar de gérmenes y bacterias de mal oler. También debe bañarse una vez al día y lavar cosas como oídos, uñas y manos con productos. Hay tres categorías diferentes para mantener todo limpio. Individual, que es mantener usted y sus cosas limpias. Público, esto es mantener el medio ambiente limpio. Y social, esto se relaciona con cómo nuestras edades y nuestros trabajos que tienen higiene diferente.
