1/ Có liên kết hơn với các team Talent Coach và BD để hoàn thành Objective của công ty tốt hơn
Em xin lổi, nhưng theo quan điểm cá nhân của em thì đây là lỗi của 2 sếp. Trong quá trình lên kế hoạch thực hiện công việc không rõ ràng với nhau, dẫn đến việc người muốn này người muốn khác và không thống nhất với nhau về chuyện này để thực hiện nhiệm vụ chung.
Chuyện này em nghĩ mình hoàn toàn có thể cùng nhau discuss và thậm chí là bảo vệ quan điểm gì đó trong các buổi họp để tìm ra giải pháp cho 1 phương án tốt nhất.
- Team TC cần AC và Marketing giúp những gì, process như thế nào.
- 2 team còn lại cũng vậy.
Về mặt này thì em thấy hiện tại mình hoàn toàn có thể hoạt động tốt với team. Chắc chắn luôn. Em hỏi và anh Thịnh, chị Tuyền, chị Uyên thậm chí bé Nhân cũng sẳn sàng trả lời mà còn giúp em rất nhiều nữa. Vừa rồi em đang cố gắng Define xem các Target User và Customer của mình gồm những nhóm nào, nhờ TC giúp mà em mới phát hiện ra một sự thật kinh khủng mà trước giờ tụi em chưa bao giờ có bất kỳ research nào về nhóm công ty này. Cũng không nghĩ sẽ phân loại nhóm Customer mục tiêu cụ thể như vậy.
Mặc dù vậy thì kết quả của buổi discuss của tụi êm vẫn còn thiếu insights từ team AC. Nên đó sẽ là cái mà sau này em nghĩ mình nên làm. Khi cần discuss về vấn đề như vậy em sẽ invite các anh chị in charged hoặc có kiến thức về để tham gia contribute cho mission đó. Chắc chắn kết quả sẽ tốt hơn.
Từ đó team marketing có thể làm marketing tốt hơn.
