Sorumuza öncelikle kendi mantığıma göre cevap vermek daha sonra da buna ilişkin örnekler vermek istiyorum. Savaşta maneviyatın önemli olduğunu savunuyorum sebebi de şu kı birinci ve ikinci dünya savaşında Türk askerlerinin maddiyata dayalı her hangi bir savaş kaynağı , silah , erzak vs yoktu. Buna rağmen ordaki insanların birbirine inanıp , güvenmesi , birlik ve vatan duygusu içinde olarak atlattığımız bir savaş. Şimdi olayı tersten düşünelim. Maddi her imkan olsaydı , silahlar bir yığın olsaydı mesela. Fakat insanların içindeki zafer ve milliyetçilik hırsı olmasaydı bu savaş kazanılır mıydı. Tabi ki hayır. Burdan da anlıyoruz ki maddiyat böyle bir zaferin sadece bir kısmı. Fakat maneviyat dediğimiz şey insanı o zafer duygusuna iten ve azim sağlayan duygudur. Osmanlı devletinde kazanılan bir çok zaferi maddiyata değil milletimizin birlik duygusuna borçlu olmak buna örnektir.
