I wish to introduce myself as an ambitious professional with abundant stamina and intense desire to enhance my knowledge and skillset. During my professional journey that spanned more than 10 years; my experience in the IT field, knowledge of business processes and cross-cultural background has laid a solid foundation that helped in founding my own IT consultancy firm in 2015. However, the lack of financial and management know-how did not allow me to take it to the next level.
My short-term objectives are:
a. to acquire quality education in business administration.
b. to transform my one person consultancy firm into a medium-sized enterprise.
However, my long-term goal is to transform my consultancy firm into a multinational company. I am certain that an MBA from a globally-recognized business school such as Alliance MBS would provide enough thrust to realise my goals. Further MBA is all about contacts and networking. It will be an opportunity for me to interact with other driven, quantitative and career-minded individuals and build great networking contacts. Looking at the alumni of Alliance MBS such as Simon Collins and Sir Terry Leahy, I feel that Alliance MBS has produced some of the best business minds. It also invites its alumni on a regular basis for guest lectures which is a great way to learn from their real-life experiences. I also see that the Manchester Global Part-time MBA study program provides the option to study at 6 different international locations. This will help me in understanding the intricacies of doing business in fast-growing global economies like Brazil and China which will act as a vital catalyst in the expansion of my firm. MBA at Alliance MBS will help me speak the “business language”. It will equip me with the skills to efficiently manage tasks involving extensive planning, organisation and customer interaction. I will also be able to explore the unexplored domains of Finance, Marketing, Sales and much more. The diverse learnings from my experience together with the Manchester Global MBA will provide a platform to augment my leadership skills and knowledge of the industry that will span the duration of my whole career. Being equipped with the knowledge that I would have gained from Alliance MBS, I would be more confident in stepping towards my goals and aspirations than ever before.
