1. Please describe your experience that related to color therapy?
Answer
When i was young until like now i spent a lot of time with computer or mobile-phone. So when i spent a lot time with stuff. I have a problem from this. Making my eye when i want to focus something hard to focus also even thought feel too fun to surf internet but make me feel not too fresh to. So when i got a problem from this. Il move myself go to place to have a lot of green color like a public park or park or little tree outside of my room and garden. And also when i want myself to relax i like to sit down somewhere to look in the sky to have blue color and have a little bit of yellow color from the sun. And other color mixed from flower. This thing can make me feel relax beautiful from natural.
2. Which of color that you will use for color therapy when you sad or unhappy? Why?
Answer
when i feel sad or unhappy i like to standup or sitting on balcony to look outside. So for me color can therapy myself. It's a light blue color and light yelloe color. Because can make me feel relax and feel like really need to focus outside morethan inside what i am thinking at that time.
