Hello may I please speak with (Client's Name)? This is Reba with RTC (Rent to Own Consultants). I am following up with you in regards to the form you filled out online about the Rent-to-Own Home Program. Do you recall doing that? Great, How are you today?

Let me start by telling you a little bit about us so you know who you’re speaking to. Here at RTC we are proud to say that we have a high success rate of getting our clients for the past 10 years into a home through both RTO and traditional mortgage.
Here is how it works. Part of your monthly rent payment will go towards the purchase price of the home. So your money will work for you every month.
Before we go ahead and get you started I would like to ask a few qualifying questions and from there I will give you more information on our program and how it works..

Are you currently employed or self-employed?
What would you say your gross monthly household income is?
Have you applied for any loans recently?
Do you have an active Checking/Savings account?
Where is your credit score currently sitting?
Do you know what may be affecting it?
Realistically How soon are you looking to get into a new home?
Well, the first step of our program is we need to find out exactly where you are with your credit, our goal is to get you to a minimum credit score of 640 with no negative items. This makes it easier to qualify for a rent to own in your area. So what I’m going to do is I am going to get you a free consultation with one of our credit specialists over at Lexington law, and they are the best in the business at repairing credit. Now during the free consultation, they will give you your FICO score which is what 90% of lenders look at. They will also pull your TransUnion report, and let you know exactly what they can do to get that fixed up. For the full credit evaluation, they will charge $14.99, and tell you what is affecting all 3 credit reports and what they can do. The only fee that comes in with our program is the credit evaluation as long as you are willing to have your credit repaired while leasing we will work with you at no cost to get you into a rent to own home. Also within a few days, The second step is you are going to be assigned a case manager who is going to help you gain access to our rent to own data base. Your case manager is going to work with you during this entire process.
They are going to handle the third and final step. HELP YOU FIND A HOME.
